Melissa's Road Race Changes

Due to the number of inquiries and requests for name changes and distance changes, we have designated a specific week in September to receive and make changes to existing participants of Melissa's Road Race 2011 event.  There will be no charge to make changes during this allotted time period.

Please Note: The confirmation list for all changes will be posted after changes close.

Dates:  September 14 to 18, 2011 (ending at midnight)
Information must be sent to Race Headquarters by email or fax only.

The Only Changes to be accepted are:

1. Distance change - original participant can change from 22 km to 10 km only
2. Name change - from either distance, name can be transferred to another person's name ** See information required below
3. Name + Distance Trade - 10km and 22km, participants can trade with another participant either way (10km to 22km or 22km to 10km)

Information Required:

1. Current participant name, address, and phone number and distance entered
   
2. New participant info:

• Full Name
• Address and Phone Number
• Date of Birth
• Shirt Size
• Sex (Male or Female)
