ARE WALKERS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN MELISSA'S ROAD RACE?
Stopped traffic on the Banff Avenue bridge and Banff Avenue must be kept to a minimum and start to move as quickly as possible for both emergency and courtesy reasons. FOR THIS REASON, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE FIRST 2K-3K OF EACH RACE MOVES ALONG AT A STEADY PACE and clears Cave Avenue, the Banff Avenue bridge and Banff Avenue in a quick and timely manner.
CAN I MAKE NAME CHANGES AND DISTANCE CHANGES TO MY REGISTRATION?
Because the race has not yet sold out this year, we are more than happy to accept new registrations for both the 5K and the 10K events. For previously registered participants who wish to change the race they are entered in, we are more than happy to make this change only.
Please Note: Participants who are interested in transferring from the 10K to the 5K or 5K to the 10K can email their requests to the Melissa's Road Race Admin Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Online transfers will be accepted until Friday, September 11, 2015. There is a $5.00 charge and processing fees for transfers.
